How is time measured in the Pay As You Go plan?

We bill actual translation time, per hour and per language included. One hour (60 minutes) of translation into one language is 89.99 EUR (176.01 KM), excl. VAT. Breaks while translation is paused do not use up time.

How do the annual plans work?

The hourly price per language drops with the number of contracted hours: from 50 hours per year it is 79.99 EUR, from 150 hours 69.99 EUR, and from 400 hours 49.99 EUR, all excl. VAT. Hours are used throughout the year, across all your events.

Which currency do you charge in?

Prices are in euros, excl. VAT. Clients from Bosnia and Herzegovina are billed in KM at the fixed rate of 1 EUR = 1.95583 KM, so 89.99 EUR is exactly 176.01 KM.

How many listeners can follow the translation?

The number of listeners is unlimited in every plan. You pay for translation time, not for the number of people in the room.

Do listeners have to register?

No. Listeners scan a QR code or open a web link, choose their language, and listen. No account, no app, and no personal data to hand over.

Is there a contractual commitment?

With the Pay As You Go plan there's no commitment at all: you pay only for the events you actually hold. The Annual plan is agreed for one year, with terms set out in your quote.

Is equipment included in the price?

For a standard event, no extra equipment is needed: the speaker's audio and an internet connection are enough. If your venue requires a special setup, we arrange it as part of the Annual plan.

What happens to the data after the event?

The recording and transcript are yours. We don't keep data longer than necessary, and we delete it at your request. Read more on the Security and privacy page.
